attached homes for people of
all ages and one Senior (Age 55+) Independent Living Condominium Community. Most
of its homes are one-story designs, which makes them especially popular with seniors. Many homes border
the lake or one of the golf courses and some on hillsides have great
panoramic views.
Lake San Marcos' location, approximately 8 miles from the Pacific coast, allows the inland sunshine and coastal breezes
to combine and produce one of our countries best year-round
Climates. The sun shines more than 70% of the time possible and the average summer highs are in the high 70's to low 80's (°F).
The average
winter daytime temperatures are in the 60's (°F) and winter night time lows in the low 40's (°F).

Its Great Location-

Only 30 miles away is beautiful Mission Bay where you and your guests can visit the SeaWorld Adventure Park, take a dinner cruise on the Bahia Belle Sternwheeler, play at the Belmont Beachfront Amusement Park or just spend the day picnicking and playing in the sand at one of its beautiful beaches. |
|
Lake San Marcos is only approximately 8 miles inland from the Pacific coast, far enough away to escape much of the coastal fog and morning overcast, but close enough for the gentle ocean breezes to affect its air temperature all year long. Its moderate temperatures, low afternoon relative humidity and low yearly rainfall combine to give Lake San Marcos a near-perfect year around Climate .
