The Community-
East Ridge Is quiet, upscale, gated Senior Community located in
Fallbrook,
California

of the area). Fallbrook is a unique small city with a nice-sized village section and many beautiful
residential neighborhoods with tree-lined streets. The village is surrounded by small farms,
equestrian estates and citrus and avocado groves
that help create an ambience of a small village in a lush, rural
setting. The East Ridge Senior Community consists of 80 modern, detached homes that were built around 1990. It is a well-manicured community with mature landscaping
and greenbelts and it has a community garden area, perimeter fencing with an
electronically controlled gate, walking trails and an RV
storage area. In addition, it has a recreation center with a nice clubhouse, swimming pool, spa/hot tub
and tennis courts. |

Home Choices-
East Ridge has a variety of styles of detached, one and two story, two or three bedroom homes.
They are all custom-built homes and range in size from approximately 1600 to 2500 sq. ft. Some homes have good-size back
yards and some have great views of hills and mountains. All come with 2 car garages.
