Its homes, are among the largest in North County's Senior Communities.
Fallbrook itself is a unique, small city with a quaint village section and beautiful residential neighborhoods with tree-lined streets. The East Ridge Senior Community is conveniently located only 2 miles from downtown Fallbrook. It is also conveniently located near larger cities and the coast. It is only 5.5 miles from I-15, 13 miles from the city of Vista and 20 miles from the Oceanside Marina. Please see a Map of the area.

This great location in North County's Inland Area provides a moderate Climate with sunshine more than 77% of time possible and a 9 month growing season. This wonderful climate allows active retirees to grow nearly anything in vegetable and flower gardens and in family orchards and to participate in outdoor activities nearly all year long.
