The Seven Oaks Senior Community was built between 1964 and 1974. It is
located in San Diego's Rancho Bernardo community.

Seven Oaks is located in

This location provides with a very mild
Climate. Average August highs are in the high 80’s (°F) and January lows in the
low 40's (°F). The average annual rainfall is approximately 13 inches, nearly all of which falls during the winter months.
The summer afternoon humidity is usually low and the sun shines more than 320 days per year.
The I-15 inland corridor (less than 1.5 miles away), provides easy access to the other North County cities, to
beautiful downtown San Diego (less than 25 miles away), to the coast (an approximate
17 mile drive via Highway 56), and to the rest of California.

7 Oaks is located approximately 10 miles from the wonderful
SAN DIEGO ZOO SAFARI PARK
theme park in Escondido and less than
25 miles from many other attractions in the San Diego area including the beautiful

fairly large variety of sizes and architectural styles. All are well-maintained on the outside and many have been upgraded and

Single-Story Attached Homes The Seven Oaks community contains a variety of attached homes that are actually condominiums in single-story buildings. Most of these ground floor units have no steps to the front door. They come in 1 bedroom, 1 bath and 2 bedroom, 2 bath arrangements ranging in size from approximately 700 to 1370 sq. ft. Many have picturesque views of green belts, hills, mountains and city lights. Some have many improvements and upgrades including enclosed patios, added rooms, modern kitchens, skylights, etc.
Most of these homes have car ports
but some have 1 car garages and all have additional guest parking
spaces. Some also have facilities for parking and recharging golf
carts.
Detached Homes
The Seven Oaks community also has pristine neighborhoods with a variety of
styles of single-story detached homes.
These home range in size from approximately 1400 to over 2000 sq. ft. and
they each have a one or two 2-car garage. |

Senior Activities- Seven Oaks has a community center with a large club house and a shiny swimming pool and spa. The club house has many amenities include a large auditorium, meeting rooms, a billiards room, an exercise room, a library, a card room, ceramics and woodworking shops and a nice kitchen. Other Things to Do: In addition to the Senior Activities available within the Seven Oaks community, the surrounding area offers a multitude of Things To Do and the Ed Brown Senior Center with its many Senior Activities and a nice Rancho Bernardo Off-Leash Dog Park are both located less than 3 miles away in the Rancho Bernardo Community Park.
