Their front yards and the community's common areas are attractively landscaped and well-maintained.

Its close proximity (approximately 1.5 miles) to Highway 78 provides easy access to other North San Diego cities and to the I-5 (coastal) and I-15 (inland) corridors to San Diego and the rest of California. In addition, most homes have cozy fire places and some models have vaulted ceilings and an extra room. Exterior building upkeep and common areas maintenance is paid for from Home Owners Fees.
