The Pacifica Senior Community, also known as Ocean Manor, is an Age 55+ retirement that is located in Oceanside, California. It is a community of more than 200 conventionally-built, detached and half-duplex homes with attached two car garages. These attractive, well-kept homes were built in the late 1970’s. Their front yards and the community's common areas are attractively landscaped and well-maintained.

Pacifica has a community clubhouse with meeting/recreation and exercise rooms. It also has a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, & horseshoe pits and BBQ grills. Living in Pacifica also means that you're never far from fine restaurants, quality shopping, movies, live theaters, theme parks and other recreational sites. Its close proximity (approximately 1.5 miles) to Highway 78 also provides easy access to other North County cities and to the I-5 (coastal) and I-15 (inland) corridors to San Diego and the rest of California.
