Located in Oceanside, California, Pilgrim Creek Estates is a gated retirement community of 202
detached, manufactured homes, most of which were built in the mid to late
1980's. The majority of these homes have 2-car garages and permanent foundations. The
median size of the Pilgrim Creek Estates homes that were offered for sale during
2006 was 1685 square feet.
That is somewhat larger than homes in our other manufactured home retirement
communities. |

Its Great Location-
Pilgrim Creek Estates is located near the northwest border of Oceanside, adjacent to the Camp Pendleton Marine Base

Map of the area). It gets its name from nearby Pilgrim Creek, a tributary of the San Luis Rey River.
Its location is approximate 6-miles inland from the coast, a distance that is far
enough away to escape much of the coastal fog and morning overcast, but
close enough to provide an almost perfect year-round Climate. Its
serene environment, cool ocean breezes and views of rolling
hills give it an ambience of being near the coast and yet far from the hustle and bustle of city life. |
The beautiful Oceanside Harbor and Marina Village located approximately 8.5 miles away, is a Mecca for sport fishing, whale-watching, boating, other water oriented activities; and it offers fine dining and unique shopping adventures.

Typically, they have open floor plans, vaulted ceilings and one or more patios, and some have wood burning fireplaces. holiday parties and Golf and RV clubs. The clubhouse has a large
