Home Choices-

Villa Trieste offers choices of single-floor, upstairs or downstairs Condominium units or Half Duplexes with nice-sized lofts.
The condominiums are 2 bedroom, 2 bath units ranging in size from approximately 1000 to 1400 sq ft. They each have a detached single-car garage and one open parking place. They are modern, upscale homes with fireplaces, bull-nose corners, lots of windows and a patio or balcony.
The half duplex's range in size from approximately 1770 to nearly 2000 sq. ft. The lower floor is their main living area with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The second floor has a multipurpose, approximately 280 - 350 sq. ft., loft. These are also modern, upscale homes with sunny kitchens and beautiful architectural detailing such as arched doorways, bull nose corners, high vaulted ceilings and fireplaces. They each have a small back patio garden and an attached 2-car garage.

Home Availability-

Villa Trieste is a small community so there are usually only a small number of homes offered for sale at any given time.

Condominium Homes- High $200K to Mid $300K Range.
Half-duplex Homes- (none for sale in Jan. 2010) Mid $500K price range in 2008.
Home Owner's Fee-
Approximately $275 per month. Pays for- Common area maintenance, exterior building maintenance, gated community, insurance, sewer and trash pickup.
Additional Yearly Fees- Approximately $300-$500 (charged to some homes).

Senior Activities-

In addition to the social, mental and physical activities available at the community's recreation center with its clubhouse, swimming pool, spa/hot tub and bocce-ball court, the surrounding area offers a multitude of Things To Do. Some examples are-
