The condominiums are 2 bedroom, 2 bath units ranging in size from approximately 1000 to 1400 sq ft. They each have a detached single-car garage and one open parking place. They are modern, upscale homes with fireplaces, bull-nose corners, lots of windows and a patio or balcony. The half duplex's range in size from approximately 1770 to nearly 2000 sq. ft. The lower floor is their main living area with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The second floor has a multipurpose, approximately 280 - 350 sq. ft., loft.
